The LAX Air Quality and Source Apportionment Study (AQSAS) Report was completed in June 2013. Jacob's Consultancy, Inc. (now Leigh Fisher, Inc.), was contracted in 2008 to conduct Phases I and II of the study. Tetra Tech, Inc. was selected in 2011 to conduct Phase III, the core study. Phase III monitoring was carried out during the winter and summer seasons in 2012, providing data representative of year-round conditions. In conjunction with the monitoring, Phase III includes several types of computer modeling and analysis.
