Fees & Payments

All TCP Operators must enroll in the online account (OLA) billing and payment program to continue their authority to operate at LAX. OLA allows the Operator to view their vehicle activity and manage their payments.  A minimum deposit is required on all accounts based on your circuit activity.  Fee processing is on a transactional basis.

Failure to enroll may result in suspension and/or termination of the NELA and authority to operate at LAX.

For questions, email GTbilling@lawa.org. Your email should include your company name, CPUC number, contact name, phone number, and the reason for your email.
