AIRPORT BOULEVARD BETWEEN 93RD/96TH STREETS CLOSED OVERNIGHT FEB. 7-8 FOR AUTOMATED PEOPLE MOVER CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES

On the nights of Monday, Feb. 7, and Tuesday, Feb. 8, closures of Airport Boulevard between 93rd and 96th streets will be implemented during limited overnight hours to support construction activities for the Automated People Mover’s guideway that spans the roadway. Northbound traffic on Airport Boulevard will use 96th Street to detour around the closure. Southbound traffic will be directed to Westchester Parkway to detour around the closure. Detour signage will be posted. Local business access will be maintained for the hotels on Airport Boulevard.

Note: 96th Street to Bellanca Avenue, east of Airport Boulevard, remains in an eastbound-only traffic configuration.
