24/7 CLOSURE IN CENTRAL TERMINAL AREA ON CENTER WAY FROM WEST WAY TO EAST WAY FOR PEOPLE MOVER CONSTRUCTION

Activity:

Center Way from West Way to East Way will be closed 24/7 to perform the installation of the Automated People Mover’s Cast-in-Drilled-Hole foundation piles and to construct the guideway and station columns in this area. Vehicle traffic will be directed to World Way to exit the Central Terminal Area. Vehicles exiting Parking Structure 2A will be routed to eastbound Center Way around the closure to exit the Central Terminal Area. Theme Way is also closed at this time and will remain closed until July 31, 2022.
Flaggers will be on site as needed to assist with pedestrian and vehicle traffic flow.

From July 20 to September 1, Upper West Way will be closed intermittently to support constructing the APM guideway columns and falsework adjacent to the roadway. During these overnight closures from 12AM to 6AM, traffic should use World Way to route around the closure..
