The ImpactLAX Youth Programs seek to help instill leadership, academic excellence, and life-skills to ensure personal success. The program also seeks to empower students to maximize their personal and scholastic potential as well as to provide early exposure to aviation-related careers through industry, academic and community partnerships.

Students residing in the airport impact area cities and communities are eligible to participate in the program.
