All contractors performing PLA - Covered Work need to request a pre-job conference by doing the following:

• All pre-job conference meeting requests must be received seven (7) days before the desired date.
• To request a meeting, the General Contractor must:
  1. Turn in a completed pre-job conference form (no additions will be accepted)
  2. Turn in a signed Letter of Assent (LOA)
  3. Turn in a completed Local Worker Hiring Plan
• Please Note: Each contractor (all tiers) must have a representative present to assign work. General Contractors are not able to announce/assign work on behalf of another contractor (all tiers).
